Reduction in on-site accidents

Two seconds, one blind spot, and nobody in a position to see it

Most serious industrial injuries are not caused by a failure of intent. They happen because a person and a moving machine occupied the same space for two seconds, and nobody was in a position to see it coming.

Blind zones, night shifts, dust, fatigue and the sheer number of simultaneous movements on an active site defeat supervision, however good the safety culture.

Detection on the machine, not in a data centre

Inference runs at the edge, on the equipment itself. The alert reaches the driver in the moment it matters rather than after a round trip to a server, and it keeps working when the site network does not.

Partial human detection — a worker identified from a limb or partial view behind an obstruction

Partial human recognition

A worker is identified from a limb, a bent posture or a torso behind an obstruction — not only from a clean full-body view in good light.

Worker proximity and trajectory detected relative to a machine's path

Directional intent

Trajectory is computed alongside distance. A worker walking past a machine does not trigger the same alert as a worker walking into its path.

In-cab alerting

Audio and visual warnings go to the operator's display, with no dependence on connectivity between the machine and the office.
